Where do I Start?

You’ve finally gotten the motivation to focus on your health and fitness. Maybe you bought yourself a new set of gym clothes to help you get excited about working out. The only trouble is you just don’t know where to start!

So you decide to Google a workout and you’re suddenly bombarded with thousands of options and competing opinions. Maybe YouTube will be more helpful… but instead it creates more confusion and comparison: 

  • You don’t look like anyone in the videos and you already feel intimidated.
  • Maybe you only have a limited set of dumbbells at home and not a full gym of equipment to play with.
  • The exercises seem so easy to the people in the videos but nothing feels easy for you and you don’t understand what you’re doing or why. 

 

Starting a fitness journey can be uncomfortable! Whether that discomfort is a physical feeling of not enjoying how our body feels or it’s the discomfort of walking into a new gym for the first time, unsure of what to do and where to start; you’re not alone! I’ve been there and I can walk you through it so that you feel successful right from the beginning.

1:1 Benefits

A personalized workout program designed specifically for your goals and your body using the equipment you have at home or at a gym you belong to. Every exercise will be “prescribed” for a purpose so you can feel confident in the movements that you’re doing. 

Weekly coaching calls where we celebrate your wins and we troubleshoot sticking points. We all need someone cheering us on and helping to push ourselves a little bit harder. 

Access to my app with easy to follow workout programs complete with demo videos and a recording function so I can monitor your movement patterns and help correct form as needed. You’ll track your weights, sets and reps in the app so we know when to push harder and when to stay. It’ll be like having a personal trainer in your pocket!

Daily access to me for any questions or support. Seriously… I’m here to help! 

Timeline

1:1 Online Training is a 3 month commitment so that I can ensure that you start seeing results and making progress towards your goals. After 3 months we’ll reevaluate your goals and determine what level of support that you want before moving forward.

DIY Programming

DIY Programming - $75

This is a great option if you’ve already been training for a while or you need a more economical training plan.

During our 60 minute consultation we would collaborate and create a personalized program that helps you work towards your goals.

You will receive your program in the form of a PDF and an Excel/Google Sheet to help you track your progress.

DIY programming is a one time payment and does not include weekly coaching calls or access to my app.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your form is correct and keeping yourself on track

Free Workout Audit

Maybe you’re in a groove and you’ve been consistent with your current training but you’re starting to  question if the exercises you’re doing are tailored specifically to your goals.

A workout audit is a 30 minute conversation with me where we discuss your goals and current training plan. I can help you decipher whether you’re moving in the right direction or if you need to pivot. You’ll walk away with practical tips to make your current training more effective and feel more confident that you’re on the right track.

To get started, fill out this application form. I take on a limited number of clients each month to ensure high quality service and the application helps me to determine if we’re a good fit for one another. You’ll hear back from me in 72 hours. 

I have over 10 years of experience with strength training. I also have nearly 2 years of experience working hands on with clients in a gym environment. I’ve just recently renewed my ACE personal trainer certification which requires continuing education credits and a CPR course. 
Currently I’m working on a Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification through Girls Gone Strong to continue my learning and provide my clients with the most current information. 

After you complete your application I will review it and set up a follow up call.

If we’re a good fit for one another and you decide to commit to 1:1 training we’ll take the following steps:

  • I’ll send you a link for billing and where to download the app.
  • I’ll create an account for you on the app where you will receive intake forms and liability waiver. 
  • We’ll schedule a Zoom Startup Session to review the intake forms and discuss goals, equipment & experience.

After the Start up Session, I will design your first workout, which will be delivered to you through the app, complete with written instructions and demo videos. 

Sometimes life happens unexpectedly and we’re unable to stick with commitments that we’ve made. If for some reason you are unable to commit to your training plan or you are dissatisfied with your experience and decide to cancel, I will refund 50% of your payment within the first 30 days.

No refunds will be available after 30 days.
